Bodypack and Transmitter Features: 1. Frequency interference may cause static, distorted, or cutting-off sound. Adjust the bodypack and transmitter to a new frequency to resolve the issue. 2. Ensure all cables are properly connected. 3. Confirm the user is within the operating range. 4. Replace the bodypack's battery with a new one and test again.
No Sound from Transmitter/Receiver (Bodypack/Beltpack)? 1. Check if the earphone is working and properly connected. Try a different earphone. 2. Adjust the volume on both the Transmitter and Bodypack. 3. Ensure the Transmitter and Bodypack are set to the same frequency (channel).
Static Sound or Unsatisfactory Sound Quality? 1. The IEM system must be connected to other components, such as a music player, audio mixer, amplifier, or microphone. Check the settings and cables of the connected system and test again. 2. Use a professional IEM earphone.
